• Priced at $8.40 per pound hanging weight, including processing fees. Whole beef shares typically range from 700-850 lbs hanging weight, though actual weights will vary since each animal is unique.
• Approximately 400-500 lbs of take-home beef, depending on the animal's hanging weight, selected cuts, and processing preferences.
• Fully customized cutting instructions so you can choose exactly how your steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts are prepared.

A half beef is typically made up of:

• 50% Ground Beef
• 30% Roasts, ribs, brisket, stew meat, and other specialty cuts
• 20% Steaks

Of the steak portion, you can expect a variety of premium cuts such as Ribeye, New York Strip, Filet Mignon, and Sirloin. The remaining cuts are made up of roasts, brisket, short ribs, soup bones, and other specialty selections based on your processing choices.

Percentages are approximate and may vary depending on the animal and your custom cutting instructions. Choosing boneless cuts, additional ground beef, or specialty processing options can affect the final distribution of cuts.

• A $1,000 deposit reserves your whole beef share.
