We are a family-run operation dedicated to raising high-quality beef.  Heritage Valley Farm was named with intention-reflecting our commitment to building a lasting legacy for our family and honoring the beautiful farmland of Bedford County, Virginia.

We are proud to offer American Wagyu beef, a premium blend that brings together the rich, robust flavor of Angus and the marbling of Wagyu genetics.  Every animal in our farm-to-table program is born and raised right here by us, ensuring quality, responsible stewardship, and complete transparency from our pasture to your plate.
